Fag and Hag are your silly, flashy, trashy, lippy-syncy, dancey, prancey, pissy-takey fun. Mostly working in the realm of contemporary dance, we are sick of the uptight and serious performance landscape we are a part of. We want to make work that steps away from the paralysis of analysis and not be intellectual or overly-precious about ourselves as artists. Inspired by pop culture, the camp and the kitsch, we aim to make people laugh whilst subverting notions of heteronormativity and gender.
